The Intolerant Family Cookbook is a collection of over 100 family favorite recipes for gluten-free, dairy-free and carbohydrate-conscious cooking. Our cookbook is more about the food and less about the restrictions, food that we are comfortable serving to our own family for meals or for entertaining extended family and friends.
What is unique about The Intolerant Family Cookbook is that unlike some diet-specific cookbooks, this cookbook is a collection of great family recipes that just happen to be appropriate for people with multiple food constraints. The recipes have all been tested in the kitchens of our families and friends, tolerants and intolerants alike. We’ve had enough of the clinical jargon, the unimaginative recipes and worse, the food that we would not feel comfortable serving to family or friends.
